Despite the desperate situation, Ray O. Cook Heating & Air really came through for us. The most important part was the company and their tech showed up. It is surprising how many do not show up for the job they were hired, agreed to, and contracted.
They were able to book an appointment next day. Their technician, Daniel Lopez, came on time and prepared. He evaluated our systems, identified the problem, provided the difficult options for complete solutions, and allowed us time to make a decision.
We did not feel pressured. The need for service was pressure enough considering these situations are always unexpected and at the worst time.
Once our decision was made, the work was done thoroughly, professionally, and within a timely fashion. So GREAT to have air conditioning again!!

Came right out. Text communication and email. Showed up when stated. Technician was great and explained everything so I could choose the right option… Back story: sadly this is a horrible Lennar new home build during COVID 2020-2021… and everything has gone wrong and sucked with this house… but Ray O Cook got my AC up and running again as they stated they would. Thanks again. I have a refrigeration leak somewhere in the system that I shouldn't have on a brand new house built 2021… but that's where the cost is in the recharge of the system and sadly will need to do it again as the leak still needs to be repaired, but for now, with 100+ degrees temps, I'm back up and running.
