I scheduled a winter checkup with Ray O. Cook to ensure my heater was functioning for the Fall/Winter season.  It was easy to schedule and I was able to get an appointment the next day.  The service technician, Patrick arrived within the two hour timeframe he was scheduled.  I have a prepaid maintenance plan so there was no further charge for this service.  Patrick did identify a problem with soldering that was wearing out on a circuit board.  It didn't need to be replaced at this time, but may eventually fail.  I recommend having Ray O. My wife, Susan, and I were extremely satisfied with the professional service, attention to detail and expertise that Gino, the certified service technician from Ray O. Cook Heating and Air displayed on our service call August 4, 2026. Gino was courteous, on time, hard working and took pride in being able to thoroughly inspect and recommend needed repairs to the 4 HVac systems that provide cooling to our home. We were especially surprised to learn that Gino treats each customer’s home as if it were his own home or his mother’s home and provides a high level of service and attention to detail in all that he does. By the end of the day, after Gino had completed servicing on all 4 of our systems, Susan and I had no reservations about signing up to be Ray O Cook Service Club members and have our HVAC and Heating units routinely serviced per their annual contract.
