Excellent service and communications with everyone at Ray O Cook. We got confirmation prior to our scheduled appointment, a follow up reminder, and a text saying Joe K our technician was on his way-along with a photo. Joe was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He changed the filters, and tested the heating system. He had to make one modification that would put our until into top running performance. We definitely have peace of mind knowing that these are the best of the best from sales to service and that they stand behind their products. Our experience could not get any better. My parents had a heat pump HVAC system installed by Ray O. Cook Heating & Air about two months ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. Everything went smoothly, from the installation and permits to HERS testing and rebate processing. The staff have been very friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the process. I was impressed that they followed up two months after the installation by sending a technician to check the system and ensure it was running efficiently. Special thanks to Paul, who was very patient and took the time to explain the system and answer our questions throughout the entire process.
