Each visit is a digital precision tune-up with a full measure quick report. We measure combustion, static pressure, temperature rise and delivered airflow rather than eyeballing the equipment, and the readings are kept as a digital performance record for every system in your home. Those records also uphold factory warranty requirements, which is the part most homeowners only find out about when a warranty claim is denied.
Members get a guaranteed 48 hour response time and front of the line service on emergency calls, plus priority installation. During the first cold snap of the season, when everyone calls at once, that is the difference between waiting a day and waiting a week.
Your diagnostic fee drops to $59 during normal business hours, normally $129, and repairs are 15% off. Visits include system cleaning with eco friendly cleaners and an attic efficiency, insulation and ductwork inspection, so the whole system gets looked at, not just the equipment.
As long as your membership is uninterrupted, 100% of your annual fees may be applied toward the cost of a new Ray O. Cook system replacement. The plan is also transferable, which matters if you sell the house. Multiple systems on one property each need to be on the plan, and credits bank separately for each system. Partial systems, ductwork and insulation are eligible at 50%.

Parts are covered for as long as you remain an uninterrupted Cook Club member and make the corrections our technicians recommend when parts are under duress from contributing factors. The warranty does not include compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerant leaks or coil replacement, and it has no monetary value.

If you are receiving discounts by joining the club we ask for a one year minimum commitment. Any Cook Club discounts on parts or services you received may be due back if the membership is cancelled before one year.
